Directions to our office:

If you are coming from JFK airport, get on Southern State Pkwy for 17 miles and take exit 28N for Wantagh Ave N towards Levittown. Turn left onto Old Jerusalem Rd, and then right onto Gardiners Ave. Stay on this road for approx. 1 mile, and our clinic will be on the left just past the United States Postal Service building.
