At our office, we accept most insurance plans. When calling for an appointment be sure to inform us who your insurance carrier is so we can verify your benefits.
Upon arrival for your appointment, please provide the receptionist with your current insurance card (a copy will be made and put in your file). In the case where there is no insurance available, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and JBG cards.
Payment, however, is due in full at the time of service.

If your Insurance Carrier is not listed, we will gladly verify your eligibility and benefits for you.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
